Service to our country is a large part of who we are as Americans. Civilians recognize the sacrifices of the people that serve and also their families that support them at home and while they are away from home. In reality, it is a small number of society that answers the call to serve to protect our freedoms and keep people safe. We all know someone and even might be related to someone who has served our country. November 11th of every year, we observe the public holiday, Veterans Day. Veterans Day, which was originally Armistice Day, is held on the anniversary of the end of World War I to honor US veterans and victims of all wars.

Affiliated has many clients and caregivers who are veterans, or have family members currently serving. It is our honor to be chosen to help care for those men and women who come home from the military injured. Affinity makes it our duty to serve those that have given so much for us. They are our family. 

Especially today, we honor and thank the men and women service members who are veterans, current service members and the families of these heroes, for their service and sacrifice for our country. We also remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice and their families. We salute you. Thank you!
