Affinity believes family comes first.  That’s why we treat everyone like family.  As we reflect on the relationships we have built, we are incredibly grateful and humbled to be trusted to care for so many families. We could not do this without our amazing caregivers, therapists, nurses and office staff. Affinity has the best people giving 100% of their hearts in everything they do.

We know everyone is busy and we are busier with the holidays upon us. But we are never too busy to say thank you.
